一种低输出纹波的LED照明驱动器的设计

摘要(Abstract):

LED照明驱动器前级一般都需要进行功率因数校正(PFC),目前常用的是单级PFC控制,单级PFC结构简单但输出含有大量的低频纹波,严重影响了LED驱动器的使用寿命,因此需要对LED输出电流纹波进行处理。我们设计了一款8.5 W LED驱动器,采用单级PFC结构,并在输出端增加有源纹波补偿电路,分析了该驱动器各部分电路的工作原理,并制作了样机,进行了实验。实验结果表明:所设计的LED驱动器拓扑结构简单,输出纹波小,效率高。
In general,the preceding stage of the LED lighting driver needs the power factor correction.Because of its simple structure,the single level PFC is used to correct the power factor. However,the output contains a lot of low ripple,which seriously affect the life of the LED driver. We need to dispose the LED output current ripple,due to the disadvantage of the single level PFC. In this paper,we design a 8.5 W LED driver,which uses a single stage PFC structure,and the active ripple compensation circuit is added in the output end. The working principle of each part of the drive circuit is analyzed,the prototype is made and the experiment is carried out. Experiment results show that the designed LED driver topology is simple,the output ripple is small and the efficiency is high
