远程荧光LED器件影响因素研究

摘要(Abstract):

远程荧光技术是传统LED封装散热不良问题的解决方法之一。本文用红色和黄色荧光粉以及光固化树脂,通过光固化方式制备了荧光转换膜,并制备了简单的远程白光LED器件,研究了荧光粉组成、芯片与荧光转换膜的距离及输入电流对远程白光LED器件光学特性的影响,实验结果表明,荧光粉的组成比例对显色指数,色温等都有影响,而荧光转换膜与芯片的距离以及输入电流对器件的光学特性影响不大。本实验还通过添加光扩散剂解决了白光LED芯片发光刺眼问题。研究结果可为新型白光LED的结构设计提供参考。
Remote phosphor LED is a promising technical solution for the heat dissipation in LED devices. In this paper,the phosphor conversion layer is prepared by UV curing of resin mixture composed of red and yellow phosphor. A simple white LED demo device is fabricated with this phosphor conversion layer to study the influences of composition of the phosphor layer,the distance between the chip and phosphor layer and the input electric current on the performance of the white LED device. It is found that the composition of phosphor layer does affect the color rendering index and color temperature,but the distance between the chip and the phosphor conversion layer and input electric current have little influence on optical property. In this paper,the blinding light from the LED chip is also eliminated with light scattering agent. The results of this work could be a reference for structure design of new white LED devices.
