VDT办公室照明影响员工绩效的研究动态Research Trends on the Influence of VDT Office Lighting on Employee Performance

摘要(Abstract):
办公室照明对VDT作业者的工作表现有重要影响。本文对近5年天然采光和人工照明影响VDT作业者绩效的实验研究进行了系统回顾,总结了VDT作业者工作绩效的评估方法,即绩效任务评估、生理数据评估和主观评估,其中绩效任务又分为模拟工作类和诊断测试类。各项实验研究的结果按天然采光和人工照明分类讨论。结果显示,采光口易成为VDT办公室的大面积眩光源干扰员工工作,能兼顾观景视野和改善采光口眩光的遮阳设施是提高绩效的关键。针对人工照明各项参数,研究显示不同任务类型受影响效果不同,部分任务类型还受照明参数和个体差异的交互作用影响,因此建议将动态照明个性化曲线作为未来研究重点。
Office lighting has an important impact on the performance of VDT operators. This article systematically reviews the research on the impact of office lighting on the performance of VDT operators in the past five years. Work performance evaluation methods can be divided into three categories. The results show that daylighting ports can become glare sources in the VDT office and interfere with the work of employees. Shading facilities that can keep the view and improve the glare of daylighting are the key to improving performance. The study also found that different task types have different effects. Some task types are affected by the interaction of lighting parameters and individual differences. Therefore, it is recommended that dynamic lighting personalized curves be the focus of future research.
