摘要(Abstract)：

阐述了巴西、阿根廷、古巴节能产品质量监管的基本情况,系统分析对比了巴西、阿根廷、古巴以及欧美等国的照明产品质量监管体系的特点和有益经验。在此基础上,提出了建立健全我国照明产品质量监管体系的若干建议。
This paper describes the basic situation of Brazilian,Argentinean and Cuban energy-saving products' quality supervision.It analyze and compare the quality supervision systems of lighting products in counties such as Brazil,Argentina,Cuba,as well as Europe and the United States,summarizes their characteristics and get useful experiences.On this basis,a number of recommendations are proposed to establish and improve the quality control system of lighting products in China.
