基于高显色指数白光LED的混色研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用基于低色温高显色性白光LED(Light Emitting Diode)的混色方法,通过实验到理论计算研究了不同色温白光LED混色后色温T_C、显色指数R_a以及蓝光危害辐射值的变化。进一步研究了不同电流下显色指数及其蓝光危害的变化情况。采用低色温(2 200 K、2 700 K、4 000 K)三种白光LED样品进行并联混色,通过控制正向电流来观察和记录显色指数变化及其调光效果,再通过MATLAB计算出所产生的蓝光危害光辐射值的变化情况。实验结果表明:选取R_(a1)>94,R_(a2)>95,R_(a3)>93,两两混合,可得到R_(a12、13、23)>95,且随电流变化,蓝光危害辐值较小的,高显色指数、且同时满足健康照明需求的优质白光。
The color temperature( T_C),color rendering index( R_a) and blue light hazard( L_B) were analyzed by experiments and theories after mixing low color temperature and high color index white LEDs with different color temperatures. We have further researched the change of blue light hazard( LB) under the condition of different current. We adopt the method of mixing three different low color temperature( 2 200 K,2 700 K,4 000 K) white LEDs,in the same time,we observed and recorded the change of the color rendering index and the lighting effect. Than we could calculate the changes of blue light hazard( L_B) through writing a MATLAB program. The results of experiment and simulation show that,we can obtain the high quality white LEDs of high color Rendering Index( R_(a 12、13、23)> 95) and low-blue light hazard. It also can meet the demand of healthy lighting.
