设施园艺半导体照明及其研发中的科技问题
Current Science & Technology Urgent Issues to Be Solved for Research and Development of LED Lighting in Protected Horticulture

摘要(Abstract):

为推进设施园艺照明研发及产业化发展,需解决的科学问题包括:(1)光质生物学。弄清单一光质及复合光质对植物和食用菌生长发育和产量品质影响的生理代谢、分子生物学及蛋白组学机理;生物种类及品种间光质适应性和利用差异性机理;光质与环境其它因子互作的生物学机制;设施生物光质数量属性有效阈值和基准值(如补偿点、饱和点与光胁迫阈值)等;(2)逆境光质生物学。明确单色及复合弱光、强光及连续光照下光合机构、代谢系统运转效率的响应机理及其农学意义等。需解决的技术问题包括:(1)建立设施园艺各生产领域特定生物生长发育、优质高产所需的光照配方;(2)制定农业生物光环境控制策略;(3)研发LED光源装置、灯具及计算机智能控制系统。
In order to accelerate the industrialization and scaled application development of LLPH,science issues in LLPH include two aspects. One issue is photobiology,to clarify the responsive mechanisms of physiology,molecular biology and proteomics of plant and edible fungi under monochromatic and compound light; Interspecific and intervarietal variations of light quality utilization for plants and edible fungi; interaction mechanisms between light quality and other environmental factors; available thresholds and critical values of light quality( i. e. compensation point, saturation point, and stress thresholds). The other issue is stress photobiology,to clarify the influences of weak lighting,strong lighting and continuous lighting of LED monochromatic or compound light on efficiencies of photosynthetic apparatus and metabolism systems. Three technology issues should be considered,including( 1) optimal light recipes for high productivity;( 2)establishment of light environmental control strategy for various production fields;( 3) development of LED light source devices,lamps and intelligent control systems.
