CdTe/CdS核壳量子点的合成及表征

摘要(Abstract):

本文利用自组装法,以CdTe量子点为模板,合成出CdTe/CdS核壳量子点。研究了不同CdTe/CdS摩尔比时所合成核壳量子点的特性,利用PL荧光光谱、XRD衍射分析、TEM透射电镜对CdTe/CdS核壳量子点进行了分析表征,结果表明:合成核壳量子点结构中没有单独存在的CdS量子点生成,尺寸大约为6nm与理论计算结果相近,在CdTe/CdS的摩尔比=5∶1时,样品具有最大的荧光量子效率32%,具有在重金属离子检测和生物标记中应用的潜在价值。
In this paper,the Cd Te / Cd S core shell quantum dots were synthesized by using self assembly method while Cd Te quantum dots was used as templates. The characteristics of core shell quantum dots with different Cd Te / Cd S molar ratios were studied. PL fluorescence spectra,XRD diffraction analysis,TEM transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize and analysis. The results show that the quantum dot structure of the core is generated by there is no Cd S QDs in the synthesized Cd Te / Cd S core shell quantum dots,the size is about 6nm which close to theoretical calculation,the photoluminescence quantum yields reaches the maximum of 32% when Cd Te / Cd S = 5 ∶ 1,which with value of the application in the detection of heavy metal ions and biological markers.
