半导体照明器件色度参数在线快速评估方法Online Rapid Assessment Method for Chromatic Parameters of Semiconductor Lighting Device

摘要(Abstract):
对半导体照明器件色度参数计算方法进行综述,描述了其色度参数在线快速检测方法。通过单管白光半导体照明器件色温与色品坐标要求,半导体照明器件之间色容差、色差要求,给出相应的快速评估方法。
The paper conducts theoretical analysis on chromatic parameters of semiconductor lighting devices and describes online rapid detection method of color consistency. It meets the color temperature and chromaticity coordinate requirements for white lamp semiconductor lighting devices,and relevant assessment methods shall be put forward for SDCM and color difference among semiconductor lighting devices.
