摘要(Abstract):

近视对人类视觉的威胁与日俱增,给人类的工作与生活带来极大不便。近视分为屈光性近视与轴性近视。从产生与发展机理来看,这两种类型的近视都与光环境密切相关。不同特征的光环境对人眼近视所造成的影响不尽相同,影响过程与机制较为复杂。前人关于光对近视的影响方面的研究已开展较多,但研究结果差异较大甚至互相矛盾。并且已有研究各自集中在不同的角度,无法形成较为完整的体系。出现这种问题的根源是这些研究局限在各自的层次,在研究方法上过于单一,导致研究结果缺乏普遍性与体系性。本文从近视的产生与发展以及光环境影响机制入手,综述了前人关于光对近视影响的研究。通过对已有研究方法与研究体系的评论,关于未来光与近视领域的研究应当如何开展提出了建议。
Myopia has been an increasing serious threat to human vision. It makes work and life inconvenient. There are two kinds of myopias: refractive myopia and axial myopia. From the emerging and development mechanism, both kinds of myopias are closely correlated to the light environment. Light with different characterizations has various influences on human eye, and the influencing mechanism is complex. Previous researches performed numerous investigations on light-induced myopia, yet they provided quite different or even contradictory conclusions. Furthermore, these researches could hardly form a system as they focused on different points. These problems originated from fragmentary researching methods and limited investigation levels. This paper is based on the mechanism of myopia development and light influence. Previous researches on light-induced myopia are reviewed. By review on the existing methods and researching system, we propose suggestions on future researches on light-induced myopia.
