红光RCLED研究与进展
Research and Development of Red Resonant Cavity Light-emitting Diode

摘要(Abstract):

谐振腔发光二极管(Resonant Cavity Light-emitting Diode, RCLED)利用谐振腔改变自发辐射的空间分布,使其具有效率高、方向性好、光谱半宽窄及波长稳定等优点。基于AlGaInP材料的红光RCLED不但在短程光通讯领域已得到广泛应用,而且在高效率红光Micro LED方向也有良好的应用前景。本文针对课题组近年来的工作,阐述了RCLED基本原理,总结了高效率红光RCLED、面向POF的红光RCLED以及Micro-RCLED的研究进展。
Resonant cavity light-emitting diode uses a resonant cavity to change the spatial distribution of spontaneous emission, which has the advantages of high efficiency, good directivity, narrow spectral half width and stable wavelength. Red RCLED based on AlGaInP has been widely used not only in short-range optical communication, but also in high efficiency red micro led. In this paper, the basic principle of RCLED is described, and the research progress of high efficiency red RCLED, POF oriented red RCLED and micro RCLED is summarized.
