京津冀地区大型公共建筑中庭光环境评价分析

摘要(Abstract):

中庭空间作为公共建筑的核心区域,功能属性从传统的集散空间向共享开放空间发展,承载休憩、阅览和展览等新的空间属性,对空间的光环境也提出了更高的要求;其光环境舒适度更需要从多个光环境物理因素综合考虑。通过对17个中庭空间光环境客观实测数据和主观调研数据信息的归纳和分析,总结出照度水平、眩光、亮度水平是中庭空间中特别关注的光环境参量;其中探讨主观评价、主观感受因素及中庭空间设计信息之间的关系,归纳主观感受与建筑设计两个层面影响因素的影响性、联系性和制约性,确立影响中庭光环境舒适度各因素的关注程度。明确出主观感受因素与建筑设计因素对在中庭光环境中人群舒适感受影响性关注程度的对应比较关系,为营造以人为本、舒适度高、能耗低的中庭光环境的优化模拟实验提供变量选取及优先级参照。
As the core area of public buildings, atrium space develops from traditional distribution space to shared open space, carrying new space attributes such as rest, reading and exhibition, which also puts forward higher requirements for the light environment of the space. The comfort of light environment needs to be considered comprehensively from many physical factors of light environment. By summarizing and analyzing the objective measured data and subjective survey data of light environment in 17 atrium spaces, it is concluded that illuminance level, glare level and brightness level are the light environment parameters of special concern in atrium space. This paper discusses the relationship between subjective evaluation, subjective feeling factors and atrium space design information, summarizes the influence, connection and restriction of subjective feeling and architectural design, and establishes the attention degree of various factors affecting the light environment comfort of atrium. The corresponding and comparative relationship between subjective feeling factors and architectural design factors on the degree of concern of people's comfort feeling in the atrium light environment is clarified, which provides variable selection and priority reference for the optimization simulation experiment of creating a people-oriented, high comfort and low energy consumption atrium light environment.
