教育建筑公共空间光环境对学生情绪影响的研究——以上海市民办平和学校四号楼大厅照明改造设计为例Effects of Indoor Lighting on Students’ Emotional Health in Public Spaces of Education Building——Taking the Lighting Renovation Design of the Hall in 4th Building of Shanghai Private Pinghe School as an Example

摘要(Abstract):
随着国家不断出台的护眼政策,教室照明得到了研究人员的广泛关注,但对于教育建筑中公共空间的光环境对学生情绪影响作用的研究并不多。教室公共空间作为学生高强度学习后课间活动的区域,对学生的情绪放松调节具有一定的作用。本研究基于光对中小学生心理与情绪影响的理论,以教学楼公共大厅为对象,进行光环境设计与改造。并通过网络问卷的方式,获得学生对该空间光环境改造前后主观评价。结果表明,空间亮度满意度、光色满意度、眩光评价、整体光环境满意度与负面情绪(沉闷、忧郁、紧张、烦躁)具有较强的负相关性,与正面情绪(活跃、愉悦、放松、平静)具有较强的正相关性。改造前的空间光环境与改造后的空间光环境对负面情绪的影响有显著性差异(P=0.008<0.05),对正面情绪的影响没有显著性差异(P=0.131>0.05)。
With the continuous introduction of eye protection policies, classroom lighting has attracted extensive attention of researchers, but there are few studies on the impact of the light environment of public space on students' emotion in educational buildings. Classroom public space, as an area for students' activities after intensive learning, plays a certain role in students' emotional relaxation and regulation. Based on the theory of the influence of light on the psychology and emotion of primary and middle school students, this study takes the public hall of building 4 of Shanghai Pinghe bilingual school as the object to design and transform the light environment. Through the way of network questionnaire, students' subjective evaluation before and after the transformation of the space light environment is obtained. The results show that spatial brightness satisfaction, light color satisfaction, glare evaluation and overall light environment satisfaction have a strong negative correlation with negative emotions(dull, melancholy, tension and irritability), and a strong positive correlation with positive emotions(active, pleasant, relaxed and calm). There was significant difference between the space light environment before and after the transformation on the impact of negative emotion(P=0.008<0.05), and there was no significant difference on the impact of positive emotion(P=0.131>0.05).
