摘要(Abstract)：

本文简要地介绍了国内外城市夜景照明的经验和教训以及 1999年北京城市夜景照明建设的情况。全文包括 s个部分 :1.前言 ;2 .城市夜景照明的发展和研究情况 ;3.国内外其他城市夜景照明的主要经验和教训 ;4.1999年北京的城市夜景照明建筑 ;5 .存在问题和今后工作。
The paper introduces briefly the expericnces and lessons of domestic and foreighn urban landscape lighting,and the construction of the urban landscapc lighting of Beijing '1999.The paper consists of 5 parts:1\^foreword;2\^general circumstances of the development and research of urban Landscape lighting;3\^the main experiences and lessons of the domestic foreign landscape lighting of other cities;4\^the canstruction of the urban landscapc lighting in Beijing'1999;5\^Problems and fufure works.\;
