人工照明环境下手机阅读舒适性的主观评价Subjective Evaluation of Mobile Phone Reading Comfort in Artificial Lighting Environment

摘要(Abstract):
随着电子媒体的高速发展,手机等VDT阅读遍及工作、学习、生活的各个方面。手机设备在办公室、教室、商场、居室等空间都有广泛的阅读使用,这些空间的照明环境对于手机阅读舒适性的影响至关重要。本文以主观评价实验的方法,搭建实验空间,以阅读面照度、光源色温、阅读背景面反射系数等参数为实验变量。被试使用不同屏幕亮度级别的手机进行图文阅读,而后对当前工况给出1~10分的舒适性主观评价,实验共收录了11 352个舒适性评价结果。研究发现手机阅读舒适性随阅读面照度的不断增加而先升高后下降。当手机屏幕亮度为60 cd/m2时,阅读舒适性最好的照度范围为20~50 lx;当手机屏幕亮度为100 cd/m2时,阅读舒适性最好的照度范围为20~50 lx;当手机屏幕亮度为100 cd/m2时,不同工况下阅读舒适性普遍较好,照度范围在50~500 lx,阅读舒适性均可保持在较好以上水平。当手机屏幕亮度为180 cd/m2时,不同工况下阅读舒适性普遍较好,照度范围在50~500 lx,阅读舒适性均可保持在较好以上水平。当手机屏幕亮度为180 cd/m2时,阅读舒适性最好的照度范围在200~400 lx。阅读面反射系数对阅读舒适性有一定影响,在照度较高或手机屏幕亮度较高的情况下,背景面反射系数与舒适性成反比。色温对于手机阅读舒适性影响较小。本研究对于不同空间的照明设计以及手机的亮度调节使用都有指导意义,合理的照明设计及VDT设备使用会提升使用者效率、减轻使用疲劳、对人的健康也起到积极的作用。
With the rapid development of electronic media,VDT reading such as mobile phone screens covers all aspects in work,study and life. Mobile phone devices are widely used in offices,classrooms,shopping malls and living rooms. The lighting environment is crucial for the reading comfort of mobile phones. This paper mainly uses the research method of subjective evaluation experiment. The artificial lighting environment in life is simulated by changing the reading surface illumination,the color temperature of the light source,and the reading coefficient of the background surface. Participants are asked to read the text through mobile phone's screens with different brightness levels,and then gave a subjective evaluation of comfort from 1 to 10 points for the current working conditions. The experiment included a total of 11 352 comfort evaluation results. The comfort of the mobile phone's screen reading gradually increases with the increase of reading surface illumination. When the illumination exceeds a level,the comfort begins to decrease. When the screen brightness of the mobile phone is 60 cd/m2时,阅读舒适性最好的照度范围在200~400 lx。阅读面反射系数对阅读舒适性有一定影响,在照度较高或手机屏幕亮度较高的情况下,背景面反射系数与舒适性成反比。色温对于手机阅读舒适性影响较小。本研究对于不同空间的照明设计以及手机的亮度调节使用都有指导意义,合理的照明设计及VDT设备使用会提升使用者效率、减轻使用疲劳、对人的健康也起到积极的作用。

This study has guiding significance for the lighting design in different spaces and the brightness adjustment of mobile phones. Reasonable lighting design and the use of VDT equipment will improve efficiency,reduce fatigue and play a positive role in readers' health.
