车载平视显示器光学检测技术的发展及趋势Development and Trend of Optical Detection Technology for Vehicle Head Up Display

摘要(Abstract):
平视显示器(head up display,HUD)已经广泛的应用于各种高端车型,可以预见的将来HUD作为标准配置将会应用每一款新车。HUD属于目视系统的虚像显示器,所以它不仅是一个显示器,也是一个成像系统,驾驶者可以同时看到实际的道路和HUD显示的图像信息。由于HUD与传统显示器的差异,传统对于显示器的测量方法并不完全使用于HUD,对HUD评价不仅需要对亮度、色度进行评价,更加需要对成像质量的相关参数进行检测和评价。本文以五轴平台为机械机构,以成像亮度计为基本检测设备,从各个测试项的基本定义出发,配合图像算法进行实现,最终得到一种适合标准化测试HUD光学检测的方法。
HUD has been widely used in various high-end models,and it can be predicted that HUD will be used in every new car as a standard configuration in the future. HUD belongs to the virtual image display of the visual system,so it is not only a display,but also an imaging system. The driver can see the actual image information of the road and HUD at the same time. Due to differences in the HUD and traditional display,traditional measuring methods for the monitor are not fully used in the HUD,the HUD evaluation not only needs to evaluate the brightness,chroma,but also needs to evaluate and test the related parameters of image quality. Based on the five axis platform for mechanical institutions and imaging luminance meter as the basic testing equipment,from the basic definition of each test item,along with the algorithm for image,it ends up with a suitable standardized testing HUD optical detection method.
