LED灯具开关电源散热仿真及优化设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

散热设计是LED开关电源设计的重要环节,本文阐述了电源热分析的重要性,并根据现有LED灯具的开关电源进行散热建模仿真,分析研究电源外壳阵列开孔或电源腔灌胶的方法对开关电源散热环境的改善情况。通过仿真优化得出的研究结果将有效指导实际工程应用。
Heat dissipation design is an important part in the LED switching power supply design process.The paper expounds the importance of power thermal analysis. The heat dissipation simulation modeling is conducted based on the existing LED lamps switching power supply. The heat environment improvement is analyzed and researched about applying hole arrays on power supply shell or filling glue into the power supply cavity. The research results through simulation optimization will guide practical engineering application.
