密闭空间光照强度和时间对人员褪黑素和睡眠节律的短期影响初步研究
A Pilot Study on the Influence of Lighting Intensity and Time on Melatonin and Sleep Rhythm in Confined Space

摘要(Abstract):

密闭空间日照缺乏,且光环境变化不大,引入动态光照设计可改善人体的节律紊乱和睡眠障碍等问题。为探索密闭空间光照对褪黑素节律和睡眠质量的影响,本研究采用2 700 K和6 500 K色温的LED和不同的眼部照度,营造了4种不同的光照模式(参照现状模式、夜间或上午的强光刺激模式和夜间黄光模式)。分别在4个周末进行了短期密闭人因实验,采集唾液以测量褪黑素浓度,全程佩戴睡眠手环监测睡眠质量。结果表明,密闭1天后的睡前褪黑素浓度明显降低,醒后的褪黑素浓度有所升高,褪黑素节律呈现后移的趋势。夜间的强光刺激会加剧节律相位的后移,导致入睡时间的延迟和睡眠质量的下降。上午的强光刺激可减弱相位后移的趋势,但睡眠质量仍有所下降。夜间低节律刺激的黄光模式对褪黑素的抑制最小,第二天醒后的褪黑素浓度最低,入睡时间明显提前。夜间低色温的光照比晨间强光刺激的效果更明显,但对睡眠质量的改善作用尚不显著,还需要长期的密闭实验和更多的样本量进行验证。
The lack of daylight in confined space and the constant lighting scene conld easily lead to problems such as rhythm disorder and sleep disorder of human body, so dynamic lighting design needs to be introduced. In order to explore the effects of light on melatonin rhythm and sleep quality in confined space, LED with 2 700 K and 6 500 K color temperature and different eye illuminance were used in this study to create 4 different lighting scenes(reference status quo, bright light at night or in the morning and yellow light at night). Short-term confined experiments were conducted over 4 weekends, saliva was collected to measure melatonin concentration, and sleep quality was monitored by wearing sleep bracelets throughout. The results showed that melatonin concentration decreased significantly before going to bed and increased significantly after waking up after 1 day of confinement, and the rhythm phase of the second day had an overall trend of backward shift. Nocturnal bright light stimulation exacerbated the backward shift of the rhythm phase, leading to a delay in sleep onset and a decrease in sleep quality. The bright light in the morning attenuated the backward phase shift, but sleep quality was still worse. The yellow light pattern with low circadian stimulus at night showed the least suppression of melatonin, the lowest melatonin concentration upon awakening the next day, and a significantly earlier time to sleep. The effects of nocturnal low color temperature light stimulation was more pronounced than that of bright light in the morning, but the improvement of sleep quality was not yet significant and still needs to be verified by long-term confined experiments and larger sample size.
