健康照明产品的设计方法Analysis of the Healthy Lighting Product Design

摘要(Abstract):
健康照明产品的设计需要考虑到照明的基本功能、光生物安全、非视觉生物效应等等各种因素。本文从RGBA单色光LED混光得到白光LED光源的原理出发,通过计算机程序进行模拟计算,得到具有较高的显色指数Ra和辐射发光效率LER。在此基础上,通过调节组合白光中蓝光成分的含量,降低视网膜位置的蓝光危害加权辐照度值EB,从而减少光源的潜在性蓝光危害,获得较为健康的LED光谱分布,满足健康照明的需求。
Photobiological safety,non- visual biological effects and basic function are what matters in the healthy lighting product design. In this paper, a simulation program was developed, in which a mathematical model was applied to simulate the relative spectral power distribution of LEDs,to pick ideal white light SPDs with maximized CRI and LER. Based on the simulation results,the proportion of the relative emission spectral of the blue LED chip was reduced in order to minish the blue light hazard. The results indicate apositive effect in the LER and EBof the SPDs,with a reasonable reduction of blue light content,while keeping the Ra at a considerable level.
