结构材料对LED日光灯及LED球泡灯光热性能的影响The Influence on Lighting and Thermal Performance Deriving from Different Structures and Materials of LED Fluorescent Lamps and LED Bulbs

摘要(Abstract):
通过实验研究,对比分析了当前市场上的典型LED日光灯和LED球泡灯的光热性能。全玻璃结构LED日光灯在光度量参数上表现最好,全塑料结构LED日光灯的颜色坐标稳定性最好。不同的芯片排布方式影响LED球泡灯的光度量和颜色坐标稳定性。对比分析了不同散热材料对LED日光灯和LED球泡灯散热性能的影响,为散热材料的选用提供依据。
Through experimental tests,we compared and analyzed the lighting and thermal performance of typical LED fluorescent lamps and LED bulbs in the market. We found that all- glass structure LED fluorescent lamps perform best in optical measurement parameters and all- plastic structure LED fluorescent lamps do well in the stability of color coordinates. Different ways of chips arrangement affect the stability of optical measurement parameters and color coordinates. We compared and analyzed the influence of different materials in LED fluorescent lamps and LED bulbs so that we could provide the reasons for selecting the cooling materials.
