教室照明设计中光健康的思考Thinking of Health Issue in Classroom Lighting Design

摘要(Abstract):
青少年近视问题被提到国家战略高度,教室照明越来越受到大家的关注。尽管在国家政策的大力支持下,教室照明光环境得到了普遍的改善和提高,但是对于教室照明的光健康问题仍然还未被普遍认知,甚至存在一些理解上的误区。本文从光谱、光强、颜色、均匀性等不同方面对光与人类生理、心理健康的关系进行分析研究,并提出如何采用动态的设计手法,从光健康的角度来优化教室照明光环境。
The problem of young people's myopia has been raised to the height of the national strategy, and classroom lighting has attracted more and more attention. Although with the strong support of national policies, the lighting environment of classrooms has been generally improved, the light health of classroom lighting is still not widely recognized, and there are even some misunderstandings. This article analyzes and studies the relationship between light and human physiology and mental health from different aspects such as spectrum, light intensity, color, and uniformity, and proposes how to use dynamic design techniques to optimize the classroom lighting environment from the perspective of light health.
