改善中小学教室黑板照度均匀度的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为探讨影响中小学校教室黑板照度均匀度的因素,本文采用现场实验的方法,对模拟教室内的4 m×1 m的黑板按0.5 m×0.5 m布点,将影响黑板照度的因素如灯管功率、有无反光板、灯具与黑板的平行距离、两灯具间的距离四个因素进行组合,使用照度计对各布点进行照度检测,得到了拟合的多元线性回归方程为Y=0.349+0.339X_1+0.114X_2+0.072X_3+0.016X_(4 )-0.778X_22;黑板照度均匀度与两灯间距减均值及两灯间距减均值的平方拟合方程后,得到极值为1.04 m。通过拟合方程可以得出在18 W LED灯管、28 W荧光灯及36 W荧光灯三种灯管条件下,以36 W荧光灯、有反光板、灯板距离为1 m、两灯间距1.04 m时的黑板照度均匀度最佳,从而为制定并优化黑板照明改造方案提供了科学依据。
To study the influencing factors of the uniformity of illuminance of blackboard in primary and middle school, depending upon the in-situ experiment, the illumination of 16 0.5×0.5 m-grid measuring points in the blackboard which is 4.0 m length and 1.0 m width were tested by illuminometer with respective combinations of different lamp wattage, with or without reflectors, the parallel distance between lamp and blackboard, the distance between two lampshade. The multiple regression equation between the illuminance uniformity and the parallel distance between lamp and blackboard, the distance between two lampshade subtract the average of the distance between two lampshade, if it covers illuminator, lamp wattage, the square of the distance between two lampshade subtract the average of the distance between two lampshade is Y=0.349+0.339X_1+0.114X_2+0.072X_3+0.016X_4-0.778X■, and the extreme value 1.04 m of the distance between two lampshade can be gotten through the multiple regression equation between the illuminance uniformity and the distance between two lampshade subtract the average of the distance between two lampshade, the square of the distance between two lampshade subtract the average of the distance between two lampshade. The conclusion is that the illuminance uniformity of blackboard is best in the condition of 36 W, covering illuminator, the parallel distance between lamp and blackboard is 1.0 m, the distance between two lampshades is 1.04 m under the three conditions which lamp wattage is 18 W, 28 W, 36 W respectively. It provides a guideline for optimizing lighting design of blackboard in the primary and middle school.
