中医体质因素对VDT办公光环境适应性的影响初探Preliminary Research on Adaptiveness to VDT Lighting Environment Affected by Constitutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要(Abstract):
数字技术的普及改变了建筑设计行业的工作模式,大量VDT作业极易导致建筑师患视疲劳等眼疾。通过优化办公光环境,降低其患病风险,已成为室内照明领域的关注热点。然而,不同个体对光环境适应性差异巨大,如何找出光环境与人体间的影响因素,成为研究的关键。本研究以中医体质理论为切入点,探寻人体体质与VDT作业光环境适应性之间的关联。以具有代表性的平和质与阳虚质为研究体质,各选取被试16名(8男8女),以相同体质为分组条件,使用SPSS软件对两组被试VDT作业前后各项状态、表现数据进行分析,对比其在相同光环境下的适应性差异。实验发现,平和质被试对实验光环境更敏感,虽两组被试在多数测评项中变化趋势一致,但具体变化量多具有显著差异,说明光环境对其影响程度不同,其中平和质被试光环境适应性较差。
Widespread digital technology has changed the working mode of architectural design profession,making architects being prone to visual diseases.Providing better lighting environment becomes an effective way to keep them healthy.However,different person has different adaptiveness to lighting environment.Finding out the influence factor of connection between human body and lighting environment has been the key point of research.Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine,this article tries to find the relationship between human' s constitutions and VDT lighting environment.Selecting mild and yang-insufficiency constitution as the research type,choosing 16 testees(8 males and 8 females) of each,dividing them into 2 groups according to their constitutions,then comparing their adaptiveness under the same lighting environment through analyzing the experimental data.We find that 2 groups have the same trend in most tests but in different degree.It proves there has the different effect on different constitution by same lighting,and the adaptiveness of mild constitution is weaker.
