不同光质补光对菜心生长及品质的影响
Effects of Different LED Supplemental Lighting on Growth and Quality of Flowering Chinese Cabbage

摘要(Abstract):

研究了不同LED光质补光[红光(R)、蓝光(B)、绿光(G)、橙光(O)、白光(W)]对菜心生长和品质的影响。结果表明:相对于不补光对照(CK),不同光质补光均促进了菜心生长,提高了株高、茎粗和叶片数;除绿光外,不同光质补光处理均显著提高了菜心的生物量。与CK相比,蓝光、红光和橙光处理显著提高了菜心薹茎中的VC含量;蓝光、绿光补光均显著提高了菜心薹茎和叶片中的可溶性糖含量;绿光处理显著提高了菜心产品器官的游离氨基酸含量。综合生物量和营养品质,蓝光LED最适宜菜心补光。
The effects of different LED light spectrum( red( R),blue( B),green( G),orange( O),and white( W)) on the growth and quality of flowering Chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that,compared with the non-photo supplemented control( CK),the plant height,stem diameter and leaf number of flowering Chinese cabbage were higher under the different LED supplemental lighting treatments. Thus the growth was promoted by LED light. The biomass of flowering Chinese cabbage was significantly increased under different LED supplemental lighting treatment,except for green LED. The VC content in flower stalk under blue,red and orange LED treatments was significantly higher than that of CK. The soluble sugar content in product organ was significantly increased with blue and red LED treatments. Free amino acid content in flower stalk was significantly increased by green LED treatment. Considering biomass and nutritional quality integrally,blue LED is the most suitable supplemental lighting for flowering Chinese cabbage.
