汽车前照灯阳光灼烧有限元分析方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

讲述了车灯在设计阶段对前照灯透镜模组(Poly-Ellipsoid Headlamp System, PES)引起的阳光灼烧问题的规避:技术上用Computer Aided Engineering (CAE)仿真的手段验证了阳光聚焦的现象,并演示用CAE方法在设计阶段中对该阳光灼烧问题点优化解决;流程上,通过光学仿真软件的照度值与CAE仿真软件的温度值的横向对比,提供了照度与温度的对应关系,这样在产品设计前期可以快速可信地验证这一风险点。
A Computer Aided Engineering(CAE)method has been used to avoid sunburn issues caused by Poly-Ellipsoid Headlamp System(PES) in headlamps. From technology side, the sunburn phenomenon is simulated exactly by CAE method, and the relative optimize work can be verified by the CAE technology. From work flow side, the relationship between illumination and temperature in focused area of plastic part has been worked out, and the sunburn issues can be validated quickly via the relationship.
