金属卤化物灯启动性能自动测试系统的研究与应用(英文)

摘要(Abstract):

在金属卤化物灯的生产过程中,启动性能的测试是其中的一个重要环节,传统的手工检测或者抽检的方法已经不能适应当今大规模的生产方式。本文介绍了一种全新的金卤灯启动性能自动测试机及其PLC控制系统。文章首先阐明该测试机的结构特点,然后详细阐述了PLC系统的软硬件设计,着重了介绍了系统的测试电路、可编程控制器(PLC)与上位机(PC)的通讯方式及通信原理、软件设计思想和程序结构。
In the course of production of metal halide lamp, the test of starting performance of lamp is a very important procedure. This paper presents a new auto-test machine for the test of starting performance of metal halide lamp and its control system with PLC. Firstly the paper introduces the characteristics of the machine and the design of the sofware and hardware of the PLC. In the paper, we discussed the test circuit and the communication way and method of PLC with PC, and the structure of the software detailed.
