光质对蔬菜功能性物质调控的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

光能够调控植物功能性物质合成和积累。蔬菜的功能性物质因其经济、药用价值近年来受到极大的关注。研究光质对蔬菜功能性物质代谢的调控机制,是通过光调控来提高蔬菜植物营养成分及价值的理论基础。本文综述了光质对蔬菜多酚、类胡萝卜素以及硫代葡萄糖苷代谢的影响,以期为光质调控蔬菜功能性物质研究提供参考。
Light plays an important role in regulating the biosynthesis and accumulation of functional components in plants. Functional components in vegetables, such as polyphenols, carotenoids and glucosinolates, receive attention due to the economic value and the benefits for human health. Exploring the regulate mechanism of light qualities on these functional components is the theoretical basis of quality improvement of vegetables. This paper summarized the effects of light qualities on the biosynthesis and metabolism of health-promoting compounds in vegetables. It is expected to provide references to the approaches of high quality vegetables production.
