摘要(Abstract)：
本文叙述了闪光灯光参数的测量原理、方法和实验装置，给出了照相闪光灯的 有效发光强度、闪光的持续时间、平均光强和光输出的测量结果，其总不确定度是 ３．９％。
This paper describes the principle method and apparatus of measaring parameters of flashing light and gives the measured results of effectiue luminous intensity time duration average luminous intensity and optical output of camera flashing light The whole uncertainty of measured results is 3, 9 %.
