医疗建筑光环境的影响因素及其提升需求研究

摘要(Abstract):

医疗建筑中光环境是影响医患主观感受的重要因素。本文通过现场测试上海市医疗建筑的病房、护士站及走廊等典型空间,测试客观参数与收集有效问卷共513组,并提出光环境等级提升的关键指标及其阈值。研究发现有90.3%的地点完全满足现行标准,日间满意度显著高于夜间满意度。除此以外,受试者关注的光环境感受、关键指标及其阈值在不同场景、不同时间下具有较大差异。以日间病房为例,为达到受试者满意的光环境,需达到工作面亮度200 cd/m2、垂直照度75 lx、频闪比在0.02以内等需求。本研究指出基于关键指标的光环境提升路径,为面向医疗建筑光环境舒适性的提升需求提供基础数据。
Luminous environment is an important factor affecting the subjective feelings of doctors and patients in medical buildings. This paper collects 513 valid questionnaires through field testing of typical spaces such as wards, nurse stations and corridors of medical buildings in Shanghai, and proposes key indicators and thresholds for improving the luminous environment level. The study found that 90.3% of the sites fully met the current criteria, and daytime satisfaction was significantly higher than nighttime satisfaction. In addition, the perception of the light environment, key indicators, and their thresholds that subjects are concerned about vary greatly in different scenes and at different times. Taking the daytime ward as an example, in order to achieve a satisfactory luminous environment for the subjects, the brightness of the working surface should be 200 cd/m2、垂直照度75 lx、频闪比在0.02以内等需求。本研究指出基于关键指标的光环境提升路径,为面向医疗建筑光环境舒适性的提升需求提供基础数据。
