摘要(Abstract)：

本文基于道路照明节能改造项目中被广泛采用的合同能源管理模式,讨论了几种可行的节能措施,比较其中的效果差异,分析节能改造项目的节能评价及照明质量评价指标,并重点关注了在节能改造后,容易出现的节能但照明指标不达标的情况,对节能项目出现的问题做了总结和思考。
Based on the energy performance contracting which is widely used in road lighting energy conservation project,this paper discussed several feasible energy conservation methods,compared the differences and analyzed the energy conservation evaluation and lighting quality evaluation of the project.Decreased lighting quality,which maybe even failed to satisfy the specification of national standard in the energy conservation project,was mentioned.Problems found in this project mode was summarized and reflected.
