一种高光强组合透镜的设计及仿真分析

摘要(Abstract):

某着陆灯采用TIR透镜有效地结合了反光杯和透镜两种配光技术的优势,但由于垂直于界面的光线对小角度偏折非常敏感,致使普通TIR透镜的中心光强不足,散射角范围内的光通效率较低。针对该问题提出一种组合式透镜,根据目标面均匀成像原理,利用Matlab编程将光源轴线附近的光线进行有效地聚合,最后经过LightTools仿真,可以使中心光强得到显著提高,并且在准直状态下有效地避免了中心成像现象。
The TIR lens used for a landing lamp effectively combines the advantages of reflector and lens light distribution technology, but the light perpendicular to the interface is very sensitive to small angle deflection, resulting in insufficient light intensity in the central region of ordinary TIR lens and low light transmission efficiency in the range of scattering angle. To solve this problem, a combined lens is proposed. According to the principle of uniform light generation, the light near the axis of the light source can be effectively assembled and calibrated by MATLAB programming. Finally, after LightTools simulation, the central light intensity can be significantly improved, and the center imaging phenomenon can be effectively avoided in the state of collimation.
