红蓝白光与远红光对樱桃萝卜早期生长发育的影响The Effects of LED Quality on Growth and Development of Cherry Radish

摘要(Abstract):
采用定制四芯片集成LED灯珠作为光源,在室内可控环境下精准设定光周期、光照强度和空间分布,研究不同光质配比对樱桃萝卜株高、叶绿素含量、根长、根鲜重和根冠比等指标的影响。设置了四种光质配比(红蓝2R1B、红蓝白1 RBW1、红蓝白2 RBW2、红蓝远红RBF),以探寻适合植物工厂人工光照生产樱桃萝卜的光质配比。结果表明,不同光质处理间真叶数和冠长无显著差异,白光促进地上部生长,高红蓝比促进叶片和生物量积累,低红蓝比抑制地下部生长,远红光使植株徒高而含生物量少。RBW2处理的最大叶长、叶绿素含量、根长、根鲜重、冠鲜重和根冠比均为最高。总之,光质配比影响樱桃萝卜早期生长发育,不加远红光且红蓝比较高的光质有利于樱桃萝卜地上和地下部生长。
In order to study the effects of different light quality ratios on the plant height, chlorophyll content, root length, root fresh weight, root-shoot ratio and other indexes of cherry radish, the custom four-chip integrated LED bulb were used as the light source, and the photoperiod, light intensity and light spatial distribution were accurately set in the indoor controllable environment. Four light quality ratios(red-blue light 2 R1 B, red-blue-white light 1 RBW1, red-blue-white light 2 RBW2 and red-blue far-red light RBF)were set to explore the light quality ratio suitable for the artificial light production of cherry radish in plant factories. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the number of true leaves and crown length among different light quality treatments. White light could promote the growth of aboveground parts. Higher red-blue ratio could promote the growth of leaves and biomass accumulation, and lower red-blue ratio could inhibit the growth of roots. Far red light could cause plant only grow but have little biomass. The largest leaf length, leaf chlorophyll content, root length, root fresh weight, crown fresh weight and root-shoot ratio of RBW2 treatment were the highest. In short, different LED light quality ratios affect the early growth and development of cherry radish. The light quality which is high red-blue ratio and without far red light is conducive to the growth of both aboveground and underground parts of cherry radish.
