基于光纤照明技术的新型矿灯的设计及实现Design and Realization of New Miner's Lamp Based on Fiber Optic Technology

摘要(Abstract):
针对目前传统矿灯设计上不可避免的安全缺陷,本文提出一种基于光纤照明技术的新型矿灯——光纤-LED矿灯并给出了其原理样灯。论文描述了传统矿灯的不足和本设计的总体结构;设计了矿灯的驱动电路、充电电路、控制电路、LED与光纤的耦合装置及灯具二次配光系统;并利用光学模拟软件TracePro,对矿灯中光耦合装置及灯头配光系统进行了模拟仿真;论文总结了本设计的创新之处和优势及其应用前景。
For the inevitable security flaws in the design of the traditional miner's lamp,a new type of miner's lamp based on fiber optic technology was designed and its principle model lamp was given.The deficiencies of traditional miner's lamp and the framework of the new type design were described.The driving circuit,charging circuit,controlling circuit,LED and optical fiber coupling device between fiber optic and LED,and secondary optical design of the new miner's lamp were designed.And also,by using the software TracePro,the coupling device and the secondary optical design for the new lamp were simulated.At the end,the important innovations and advantages of the design as well as its application prospects were summarized.
