褪黑素照度的动态光对警觉性、疲劳和生理节律的影响
The Impact of Dynamic Lighting with Various Melanopic Illuminance on Alertness, Fatigue and Circadian Rhythm

摘要(Abstract):

我们团队以前的研究结果显示,相比于静态光,动态光对警觉性和昼夜节律反应有更加积极的影响。本文主要研究不同褪黑素照度的动态光对被试工作绩效、睡意和视疲劳的影响。实验条件为共两个褪黑素照度不同的动态光源。共有16名被试在20:30—23:00时间段参加了实验。实验中被试需要填写卡洛林斯卡睡意问卷和眼疲劳问卷,测试D2和go/no-go任务和闪光融合频率以及采取唾液用于分析唾液中褪黑激素和皮质醇含量。结果表明对于任务表现和生理信号,被试在高褪黑素照度水平下警觉性显著地高于低褪黑激素照度条件,并且在高褪黑素照度下感觉更清醒,眼睛更疲劳。
Our previous results showed that comparing with static lightings, dynamic lightings have positive effect on alertness and circadian response. This paper explores different melanopic illuminance of dynamic lightings. This experiment consisted of two dynamic lightings(high E_(mel) and low E_(mel)). Sixteen subjects participated the experiment from 20:30 to 23:00, and 4 days apart between each lighting. Subjects were asked to fill in questionnaires(Karolinska sleepiness scale and ocular fatigue questionnaire), to perform tasks(D2 and go/no-go), to collect critical flicker frequency(CFF) data and saliva samples(melatonin and cortisol concentration). The task performance and biomarkers results demonstrated that high E_(mel) lightings can statistically significantly induce better task performance or more alertness. Subjects felt sleepier and less fatigue under low E_(mel) lightings from the results of KSS and ocular-fatigue. Clear duration effect was revealed from the results of KSS, ocular fatigue and biochemical responses.
