摘要(Abstract)：

简述了欧盟CELMA对荧光灯用镇流器系统规定了能效标准分类。对其中的B2型电感镇流器,湛江通用电器公司已制成并成功出口。本文对其性能以及它和电子镇流器的性能作了说明和比较。
The paper gave us a brief description about the classify function of Energy-Efficiency standard regulation by EU NCELMA for ballasts for fluorine lamp. The zhanjiang Electrical corp. Ltd has manufactured and exported the B2 type of electromagnetism ballast succeed. The paper also us an performance explanation. and a comparison between the of B2 electromagnetism ballast and electronic ballast.
