环氧树脂及高折硅胶保护涂层对COB封装LED光源抗硫化性能的研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了提高COB封装LED光源的抗硫化性能,利用环氧树脂和高折硅胶优异的防渗漏性能,设计了分别带有环氧树脂和高折硅胶保护涂层的COB LED光源,并使用高温加速方法对新结构光源的抗硫化性能进行了实验探究。结果表明,涂覆环氧树脂保护层的光源并没有产生硫化现象,涂覆高折硅胶保护层的光源发生了轻微硫化,相较于未涂覆保护层的光源其抗硫化能力得到了较大的提升。同时还对增加涂层前后光源的光色参数进行了测量,发现增加涂层后,光源的色温等参数会有一定程度的改变,需要在光源设计或使用时提前考虑。
In order to improve the anti-vulcanization performance of light emitting diode(LED) of chips on board(COB) package, using the excellent anti-leakage properties of epoxy resin and high refractive silicone, COB LED light sources with epoxy resin and high refractive silicone protective coatings were designed respectively, and accelerated by high temperaturemethods the anti-sulfur properties of the new structured light source were experimentally investigated. The results show that the light source coated with epoxy resin protective layer does not produce vulcanization, but the light source coated with high refractive silicone protective layer is slightly vulcanized. Compared with the light source without protective layer, its anti-vulcanization ability has been greatly improved promote. At the same time, the light color parameters of the light source before and after adding the coating were measured, and it was found that after adding the coating, the color temperature of the light source and other parameters will change to a certain extent, which needs to be considered in advance in the design or use of the light source.
