北京旧城四合院天然采光环境改造

摘要(Abstract):

以北京市东城区帽儿胡同三号院改造为例,通过实地调研和资料查阅,指出了该四合院内存在的较为严重的采光问题及其形成的深层次原因,然后提出以光环境改造为出发点来提升四合院内人居环境质量的构想。后期借用Radiance采光软件对改造前后的天然采光状况进行模拟计算,主要从平均采光系数和采光均匀度两方面进行光环境数量和质量的综合评价。根据量化结果的对比分析,证实了当前采用的改造方式可以较好地改善四合院及室内光环境,这种方法有望为旧城改造中有效利用天然光提供借鉴。
Taking the reconstruction of No.3 courtyard in Mao'er Hutong, Dongcheng District, Beijing as an example, through field research and data review, it pointed out the serious lighting problems in the courtyard and the deep-seated causes, and then proposed the light environment reconstruction as the starting point to improve the quality of the living environment in the courtyard. In the later period, the Radiance lighting software was used to simulate and calculate the natural lighting conditions before and after the transformation, and the comprehensive evaluation of the quantity and quality of the light environment was mainly carried out from the two aspects of average lighting coefficient and lighting uniformity. Based on the comparative analysis of the quantitative results, it is confirmed that the current renovation method can better improve the courtyard and indoor light environment. This method is expected to provide a reference for the effective use of natural light in the renovation of old cities.
