光强及光周期对红叶生菜生长及品质的影响
Effects of Light Intensity and Photoperiod on Growth and Quality of Red Leaf Lettuce

摘要(Abstract):

以香港红边生菜为试材,在不同光强(250、350、450μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))和不同光周期(12、14、16 h·d~(-1))处理组合下,研究了光强和光周期对水培生菜生长及品质的影响。结果表明:在移栽的28天内,不同光周期下,增加光强对生菜生长的影响反应不一致,12 h·d~(-1)光周期下,各光强处理对生菜的鲜重无显著差异;14 h·d~(-1)光周期下,生菜的鲜重随着光强的增加呈现出先增后减的趋势,以350μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)处理下最佳;16 h·d~(-1)光周期下,各光强处理对生菜的鲜重无显著差异。同一光强下,生菜的鲜重随着光周期的延长而增大。延长光周期、增大光强有助于提高可溶性糖的合成并降低硝酸盐含量,维生素C含量均以350μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)处理下最高,可溶性蛋白含量在12 h·d~(-1)+350μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)组合处理下为最佳。综合分析得出,光强提高有利于提高生菜的品质,但不利于生菜的生长,在350μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)+14 h·d~(-1)组合处理下生菜均有较好的生长和品质指标,是生菜生产最佳的组合处理。
Using Hong Kong red edge lettuce as experimental subjects to study what influences would the light intensity and photoperiod bring to the growth and quality of the hydroponic lettuce. In the experiments the light intensity is set at 250, 350, and 450 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1) while the photoperiod is set at 12, 14, and 16 h·d~(-1). The result shows that the influences to the lettuce are not the same by increasing the light intensity under different photoperiods during the 28 days of experiments. Under photoperiod of 12 h·d~(-1), the light intensity has no noticeable influences to the lettuce fresh weight. Under photoperiod of 14 h·d~(-1), lettuce fresh weight grows first and drops later with the increasing of the light intensity and grows fastest at 350 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1). Under photoperiod of 16 h·d~(-1), the light intensity has no noticeable influence to the lettuce fresh weight. Under a certain light intensity, the lettuce fresh weight increases with prolonging the photoperiods. Prolonging the photoperiod and increasing the light intensity can improve the synthesis of soluble sugar and reduce the nitrate content. Vitamin C stands out the most at 350 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1) while the soluble protein at 12 h·d~(-1) with 350 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1). According to comprehensive analysis, the increase of light intensity is beneficial to improve the quality of lettuce, but not to the growth. The best combined condition is 350 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1) with 14 h·d~(-1) which is good to both the growth and quality of the lettuce.
