LED蓝光对受旱脱毒马铃薯植株生长的影响Effects of LED Blue Light on the Growth of Virus-free Potato under Drought Srtess

摘要(Abstract):
以"Favorita"脱毒马铃薯植株作为供试材料,采用蓝光和白光对马铃薯植株进行培养,通过一周的水分限制,并以持续浇水下的马铃薯植株进行对照分析。结果表明:水分限制一周后蓝光下马铃薯的失水率较低。与白光相比,蓝光下马铃薯受旱植株表现为:茎粗、茎长、叶面积以及茎叶生物量减少,根长根生物量增多;气孔导度与光合速率较高;脯氨酸浓度与丙二醛含量显著降低,抗氧化酶活性升高。综合各种指标,蓝光能够提高马铃薯植株对水分亏缺的耐受性。
In this article, the virus-free potato plants of "Favorita" were used as the test materials. The potato plants were cultured under blue and white light for a week, and they were compared with the potato plants under continuous irrigation were compared. The results showed that the water loss rate of potato was lower under blue light after one week of water restriction. Compared with white light, drought suffering potato plants under blue light showed that stem diameter, stem length, leaf area and stem leaf biomass decreased, root length and root biomass increased, stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rate were high, proline concentration and malondialdehyde content decreased significantly, and antioxidant enzyme activity increased. The results showed that potato plants under blue light were more drought tolerant. Combined with various indexes, blue light can improve the tolerance of potato plants to water deficit.
