不同阅读媒体下照明环境对视觉舒适度与学习效率的影响The Influence of Illumination Environment on Visual Comfort and Learning Efficiency under Different Reading Modes

摘要(Abstract):
高校图书馆阅览空间的照明环境影响着大学生的视觉舒适度,也影响着学习效率,而同时使用VDT与纸质阅读媒体的学习模式在大学生生活中也越来越常见。本研究希望通过在实验室照明环境下得到同时使用VDT与纸质阅读媒体时视觉舒适度与学习效率的变化,进而得到照明环境对视觉舒适度和学习效率的影响规律,为高校图书馆阅览空间照明设计提供数据参考。其结果表明,在本实验条件下:(1)光源色温为4 500 K,照度为500 lx时,视觉舒适度评分与作业绩效表的学习效率都达到最佳状态;(2)实验还发现,男性更适合在偏于低色温的环境下工作,女性则在偏于高色温学习效率较好。
The lighting environment of reading space in university library affects the visual comfort of college students, and also affects the learning efficiency, and the learning mode of using VDT and paper reading media is becoming more and more common in college students' life. This study hopes to obtain the changes of visual comfort and learning efficiency when using VDT and paper reading media in the laboratory lighting environment, and then get the influence rule of lighting environment on visual comfort and learning efficiency, so as to provide data reference for the lighting design of reading space in university library. The results show that:(1)When the color temperature of the light source is 4 500 K and the illumination is 500 lx, both the visual comfort score and the learning efficiency of the homework performance table reach the best state;(2)The experiment also found that men are more suitable for working in the environment of low color temperature, while women are more efficient in learning at high color temperature.
