产生LED环形光斑的组合透镜设计与参数优化Design and Optimization of A Special Shaped Lens for Generating LED Ring Spot

摘要(Abstract):
现有灯具对于廉价的LED环形光斑有着较大需求,近距离产生较大半径的均匀环形光斑能够有效应用于灯具出光效果设计。根据能量守恒定律构建映射关系,数值计算建立组合透镜模型。根据参数化研究结果,采取环形倾斜阵列底部开口半径为3 mm、底部高度为2.4 mm的组合透镜的方法。针对扩展光源以及倾斜角度对于光斑均匀度的影响,进行了仿真模拟,结果表明可实现均匀环形光斑,适用于灯具背光源环形出光效果设计。
Existing lamps have a huge demand for low-cost LED ring spot. The uniform annular beam with a larger radius with short distance can be applied to the design of the light emitting effect. Constructing the mapping relation according to the law of conservation of energy,a combined lens model is made for a numerical calculation. Depending on the results of the parametric study,a combined lens is taken using an annular inclined array with bottom height of 2. 4 mm and a bottom opening radius of 3 mm. According to the extended light source and tilt angle's effect to the spot uniformity,the simulation results show that the uniform circular spot can be realized. The design of the ring spot is effective on the back light source.
