摘要(Abstract):
为了改善矿井下的照明作业环境,降低长期待在井下对人体造成的不利影响,设计基于CAN总线通信方式的仿生LED照明控制系统,该系统主要由照明分控制器和LED仿生照明灯具组成。文章给出了该系统的整体构成、通信方式、照明分控制器和LED仿生照明灯具软硬件设计方案,并详细地介绍了系统的功能实现。通过融合星型组网技术和大数据仿生算法,在格拉斯曼调光混合定律的基础上实现了仿生LED照明控制系统。经过测试,本系统最终实现了模拟自然光的亮度和色温变化自主控制照明灯具的功能,在满足标准和规范要求的条件下,改善传统的照明工况,提高人体的适应性。
In order to improve the lighting working environment under the mine and reduce the adverse impact on human body caused by staying underground for a long time, a bionic LED lighting control system based on CAN bus communication mode is designed. The system is mainly composed of lighting sub controller and LED bionic lighting lamps. This paper presents the overall composition of the system, communication mode, lighting sub controller and the hardware and software design of LED bionic lighting fixture, and introduces the function realization of the system in detail. Through the integration of star networking technology and big data bionic algorithm, the bionic LED lighting control system is realized on the basis of Glasmann's dimming mixing law. After testing, the system finally realizes the function of simulating the brightness and color temperature changes of natural light to control lighting lamps independently. Under the condition of meeting the requirements of standards and specifications, it improves the traditional lighting conditions and improves the adaptability of the human body.
