摘要(Abstract)：

文章通过对上海、重庆两地的建筑物泛光照明亮度的测量值,从人的主观因素方面进行了调查分析,并运用眩光指数表达式对视亮度水平进行回归计算并作了研究。
This paper researches the level of visual luminance through the measured value of floodlights luminance of building facade in Shang Hai and Chongqing, and made a diagnosis on people's subjective factor, also made a regression calculation by use the glare index expression.
