教室动态照明对高中生睡眠、警觉度及情绪的影响Light in the Senior High School: Effects of Dynamic Light Exposure on Sleep, Alertness and Mood

摘要(Abstract):
教室作为高中生的主要学习空间,其光照环境对学生的身心健康有重要影响。本文选取真实教室环境,以高二年级学生为被试,在两个班级中进行为期3+1+3周的光照对比实验。所有被试于在校学习时间(6:30—21:30)接受3周基线照明和3周动态照明,中间间隔1周洗脱期。干预阶段,1班被试者接受Low-High模式的动态照明,6:30—18:30为标准光照(300 lx, 4 000 K),18:30—21:30为高光干预(500 lx, 6 000 K);2班被试者接受High-Low模式的动态照明,6:30—9:30为高光干预(500 lx, 6 000 K),9:30—21:30为标准光照(300 lx, 4 000 K)。实验期间记录学生的睡眠、警觉度及情绪等相关指标数据进行对比分析。结果表明,两组被试者在其高光干预时段的即时警觉度均被显著提升。相比之下,High-Low动态照明模式干预后,被试者的深睡时长明显更长,入睡难易程度与消极情绪均得到了显著改善。
As the main learning place for senior high school students, the light environment of classroom has an important effect on student's physical and mental health. In this study, a 3+1+3 week light comparison experiment was conducted for two classes of sophomore students in a real classroom environment. All subjects received 3 weeks of baseline illumination and 3 weeks of dynamic illumination during school hours(6:30 to 21:30), separated by a 1-week washout period. During dynamic lighting intervention phase, subjects in class 1 received standard light(300 lx, 4 000 K) from 6:30 to 18:30 and administered a bright light intervention(500 lx, 6 000 K) from 18:30 to 21:30; subjects in class 2 received a bright light intervention from 6:30 to 9:30 and standard light from 9:30 to 21:30. Data related to sleep, alertness and mood of the students were recorded during the experiment for comparative analysis and study. The results showed that the acute alertness of subjects in two dynamic scenarios was significantly enhanced during their bright light intervention phase. In comparison, subjects who received the bright light intervention from 6:30 to 9:30 had significantly longer deep sleep duration, and the ease of falling asleep and negative mood were significantly improved.
