摘要(Abstract)：

城市夜景正成为城市发展夜间旅游、推动夜间经济、促进城市旅游发展新的增长点和亮点。常州发展旅游业建设"旅游明星城市"在夜间旅游方面存在最突出的问题是在城市夜景灯光建设上还存在明显的不足。此外在乡村夜间旅游上、与其他产业融合上、与区域文化的融合上、夜间公交覆盖上也存在较多问题。本课题研究提出以提升城乡夜景照明建设为手段,以"城乡夜景+N"双向融合模式推动全域旅游发展为方法策略,以发展城乡夜间旅游为特色,以发展激活夜间经济为途径,以培育旅游业发展转变城市经济发展方式为重要动力,为城市发展创造经济价值,构建"城乡夜景+N"旅游发展新模式。
City night scene is becoming a new growth point and highlight of urban tourism development.The most prominent problem in the night tourism and "tourist Star City" building of Changzhou is that there are still obvious deficiencies in the construction of night scene lighting.In addition,there are also problems in the rural night tourism,integration with other industries,regional culture and night bus coverage.This study proposes to develop and activate the night economy as a way to cultivate tourism development and transform the urban economic development mode as an important driving force to create economic value for the city.In order to promote the construction of urban and rural nightscape lighting as a means,the "urban and rural night scene+N" two-way integration mode is used to promote the development of the whole area tourism as the method and strategy,and the development of urban and rural night tourism is taken as the feature to build a new tourism development mode.
