铁路灯光信号颜色的安全理论

摘要(Abstract):

信号是通过预先约定好的方式给使用者的信息。铁路信号是给行车人员的命令。本文只谈稳定灯光信号颜色的显示。现行铁路灯光信号显示是用不同颜色灯光或灯光组合给出不同的命令。 目前铁路上使用的信号灯光颜色有红、黄、绿、蓝、白五种,即所谓的五色制。灯光颜色规定的意义,构成显示命令要预先约定好,本文介绍这种规定或约定的根据是以及它与运输安全的关系。
Colour lights wil1 be some forms of pre-arranged information signals. In railway such signals become a kind of strick orders for the railway staff. In this paper stable colour signal lights are discussed only. The current colour signal lights used in railway are different colours and different combinations for different orders and commands. At present time, the red, yellow, green, blue and white colours are used in railway. This is what we called five colour system. The specific meaning of the colour forms a specific order or command for the railway staff. This should be prearranged in the form of Protocols. Such protocols are closely related to the transpomtion safety. The protocol and its basic reasons of those specifications are given in this paper.
