摘要(Abstract):

目前大部分LED导轨灯在安装使用时,都会遇到角度调节问题,比如角度不明确、灯与灯难以对齐,使得在安装时花费大量时间去调试,导致工作效率下降,本文针对以上问题对LED导轨灯旋转机构做改进设计,实现LED导轨灯在X轴和Y轴上精准定位,达到多台LED导轨灯能迅速调整到同一个角度的效果。
At present, most LED track lights will encounter angle adjustment problems when they are installed and used. For example, the angle is not clear, and the lights are difficult to align with each other, which makes it take a lot of time to be adjusted during installation, resulting in work in efficiency. The article aims at improving the design of the LED track light rotating mechanism, and enhancing the accurate positioning of the LED track light on the X-axis and the Y-axis, so that the multiple LED track lights can be quickly adjusted to the same angle.
