医用红光LED的均匀性及焦距测试Homogeneity and Light Effect Test of Medical Red Light LED

摘要(Abstract):
通过涂层积分球和LED光色分析测试系统等工具对不同峰值波长的医用红光LED的均匀性与光效进行了测试,实验结果可以观察不同照射距离下LED对受光面上光照度与光通量密度的影响,因此也可以计算出每个受光点的均匀性。实验表明照射距离越远,受光面上光照度与光通量密度越均匀。而光效则是在照射距离为300 mm处达到一个极值,随后衰减。
In this paper,the uniformity and light effect of medical red LED with different peak wavelengths were tested by the tools of coating integrating sphere and LED optical color analysis test system. The experimental results can be used to observe the effect of LED on the light intensity and luminous flux density on the irradiated surface under different irradiation distances. And the uniformity of each light spot on the surface of the light could be calculated. Experiments show that the farther the distance is,the more uniform the luminous intensity and luminous flux density are. For light efficiency,it reaches an extreme value at 300 mm,and then attenuates.
