摘要(Abstract):

为实现低成本、高可靠性的智能照明控制,本文设计了一种通过矩阵电路驱动磁保持继电器的电路模块。该模块由输出矩阵板卡、继电器板卡等组成。输出矩阵板卡将信号以源输出和漏输出的方式区分为行列两组,形成矩阵驱动信号,可将少量输出信号转为大量矩阵信号。继电器板卡由矩阵信号驱动,其中的磁保持继电器由编程的脉冲驱动,置为接通或者断开状态,完成外围照明电路的通断控制。结果表明:本文采用矩阵驱动和磁保持继电器结合的方式,以少量的输出点降低了控制器投入,并节省了安装空间,提升了布线速度,实现了硬件故障冗余功能,提高了照明控制可靠性,具有较高推广应用价值。
In order to realize the intelligent lighting control with low cost and high reliability, this paper designs a circuit module of magnetic latching relay driven by matrix circuit. The module is composed of output matrix board card, relay board card, etc. The output matrix board divides the signal into two groups by source output and sink output, to form matrix drive signal, which can convert a small amount of output signal into a large number of matrix signals. The relay board card is driven by a matrix signal, in which the magnetic latching relay is driven by a programmed pulse, and is set to be on or off to complete the on-off control of the peripheral lighting circuit. The results show that the matrix drive and magnetic latching relay combined in this paper reduce the input of the controller with a small number of output points, greatly save the installation space, greatly improve the wiring speed, realize the hardware fault redundancy function, improve the reliability of lighting control, and have a high value of popularization and application.
