基于石墨导热介质的新型LED路灯散热系统

摘要(Abstract):

随着(大功率)LED技术的快速发展,大功率LED道路照明灯具的散热设计成为一个重要的产品评价指标,引起各公司广泛注意。本文首先分析石墨的导热性能,提出一种基于石墨导热介质的新型LED路灯散热系统,利用热分析软件Flotherm7.1进行仿真分析,然后对采用石墨导热介质的LED路灯和采用硅胶导热垫的LED路灯进行温度比较测试,计算机模拟仿真和实验测试均验证了石墨作为导热介质的优越性。本基于石墨导热介质的新型LED路灯已获国家专利(专利号:200920297203.6)。
With the rapid development of(high power) LED technology,heat dissipating design of high power LED road lighting luminaire becomes an important product evaluation index,which causes wide attention from manufactures.Based on analyzing heat conduction performance of graphite,the author introduces a LED road lighting luminaire heat dissipation system which uses graphite material,and simulates the junction temperature of LED road lighting luminaire which is imntated by using the thermal analysis software-Flotherm7.1,and then tests the temperature of LED road lighting luminaire applying graphite material and silicone respectively.Both simulation and test results indicate the advantage of graphite as heat conduction medium.The LED road lighting luminaire heat dissipation system using graphite material has been awarded national patent(patent number: 200920297203.6).
