石英玻璃中羟基含量的红外光谱法测量
Precise Determination of Hydroxy in Quartz Glass by Infrared Spectrology

摘要(Abstract):

文章简要介绍了石英玻璃灯管中羟基含量多少对灯管质量的影响。并用傅里叶红外光谱仪通过实验测出石英玻璃吸收光谱图,然后用国家标准计算法和通用电气公司方法分别计算羟基含量并做出比较。
The article introduces the influence of hydroxy on quartz glass's quality for light sources。The infrared absorbance spectrogram of quartz glass samples were measured by Fourier infrared spectrometer,then the article calculated the hydroxy's content by national standardization and GE method and compared the result of two methods.
